Dear Mike,
I am addressing this letter to you because you were my sales
representative but I would appreciate it if you would please
share it with the Senior Management at Re-Nu I am compelled
to write this letter so the excellent work of your technician,
Kevin (sorry- never learned his last name) does not go unnoticed.
Not only is his work professionally executed but his workmanship
in preparation of all materials and surfaces was also excellent.
It was obvious that some of the wall tiles that needed to
be removed from the kitchen gave him a great deal of difficulty
but he never lost his 'cool'. His determination to finish
the job on time so as not to delay the schedule of future
customers required that he work beyond normal business hours
which he did without complaint.
My profession is to teach leadership and customer service
skills to the automotive industry. When I personally experience
an individual that exemplifies customer service, especially
without on-site supervision, I feel it is only fair to recognize
that individual to his employer. You have a fine field representative
in Kevin.
Thank you for your attention to my schedule. This has been
a gratifying experience and the improvement to my property
has been greatly enhanced.

on January 25, 2002 we had our kitchen cabinets refaced by
two or your finest installers, Mark & Rick. They did a
tremendous and very clean and professional job. These cabinets
have never looked as good. Because of the great job that Rick
& Mark did, I will not hesitate to recommend your company
and these installers to other perspective clients. You are
very lucky to have such talented and conscientious workers
as. Mark & Rick, if all of your installers are as good
as these two, I hope you realize how lucky you are to have
such a quality staff of installers.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the
work that is currently being done in my kitchen. Don Goodwin
is the person that was assigned to my remodeling project.
As of this morning the project is not completely finished
but what he has done so far is remarkable! He has transformed
a 1960's kitchen into a beautiful, modem looking kitchen.
I am extremely pleased with the work that Don has done and
the care, concern, and effort he has extended to me while
working in my condo. The Pergo flooring is lovely as are the
refaced cabinets, new countertops and sink, Don's attention
to all the little details is sincerely appreciated!
Please thank Don for a job well done. I will definitely be
going with your company again when I redo my bathroom (which
needs it badly!).

To Whom It May Concern,
This summer I had my bathroom and my kitchen remodeled. Both
projects were fairly small — just new cabinets and countertops,
for the most part — but they were very important to
me. I had the bathroom done first, and I hired a private contractor
to do it. To make a long story short, it was a nightmare.
This tiny, two-day project took over 2 months to complete
(he kept getting the wrong parts and losing measurements).
I constantly felt like he was giving me the runaround, and
I couldn't wait for it to be over.
Needless to say, I wasn't very excited about starting over
with my kitchen, but it had to be done. This time, I used
ReNu Kitchens & Baths. That was the best choice I ever
made! In just one week, my kitchen went from BLAH to beautiful!
I want to thank Joe and ReNu for making this a stress-free
project for me. Although there was a problem with my countertop
(the original one wasn't the right one), both Joe and the
headquarters office were honest and straightforward with me
from the beginning. I felt comfortable with them and would
definitely use them again! I was also pleased to get a follow-up
call a few weeks after the project was complete, just to see
how I liked my new kitchen.
